Working Hours: -
1. Duty timings for man is 12 Hrs. from 7 AM to 7 PM.
2. Duty timings for female workers is 9 Hrs. from 9 AM to 6 PM.
Salary & Wages: -
1. For 12 Hrs. shift salary for helper is 10,400 Rs. per month.
2. For 9 Hrs. shift salary for female helper is 7800 Rs. per month.
3. Tea time 15 min. two times and 30 min. lunch timing.
Probation Period: -
1. All employee of the company remains on probation period for 8 months after confirmation employee liable for PF and ESI facilities provided by the company.

Job Description: Community Mobiliser – Education Sector
Job Location- 12 Blocks of Darbhanga ( Darbhanga Rural, Bahadurpur, Hayaghat, Keoti,Manigachi, Singhwara, Baheri, Jale, Biraul, Gaura Bauram, Kusheshwarasthan West & East )
Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Community Mobiliser to join our education team. The ideal candidate will have experience in community engagement, a strong understanding of educational needs, and the ability to foster relationships within the community. This role involves promoting educational programs, engaging with community members, and supporting initiatives to improve educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct outreach to promote educational programs and services within the community.
– Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and focus groups to engage parents, students, and community leaders.
– Develop and implement strategies to increase community involvement and participation in educational initiatives.
– Assist families with understanding and accessing educational resources, including enrolment in schools and educational programs.
– Collaborate with schools, local organizations, and other stakeholders to support community-driven educational projects.
– Identify and address barriers to education faced by community members, including socioeconomic, cultural, and language barriers.
– Monitor and evaluate the impact of community engagement activities on educational outcomes.
– Prepare and submit regular reports on community engagement activities and results.
– Advocate for the educational needs and priorities of the community within the organization and with external partners.
– Provide training and support to community volunteers and leaders involved in educational initiatives.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Work, Community Development, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in community mobilization, outreach, or education-related roles.
– Strong understanding of educational principles and community development practices.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse community members.
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Proficiency in using Survey apps & software in mobile.
– Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
– Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Additional and Important Information:
– This position requires travel to various community locations and schools.
– Ability to work in diverse cultural and socio-economic environments.
– Fluency in Hindi and regional language .
