Sakhi is equipped with an infrastructure spread across 7 acres at  Matsya Nagar, Bhagwatipur, Andhrathari block, Madhubani. The organization boasts of lush green campus with 7 fisheries ponds, 1 Makhana pond, set of Hatcheries for fish breeding and cultivation, residential quarters for staff accommodation, two training centres with a capacity of 60 each for conducting trainings and accommodation.
